We have developed and implemented a quality management system (QMS), which uses ISO 9001:2015 as a framework that allows our organisation to document and improve our practices in order to better satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers, stakeholders and interested parties.
The manual describes the quality management system, delineates authorities, inter relationships and responsibilities of personnel operating within the management system.

Additae Valorem Ltd is a design and build fit-out company whose stakeholders share a close, longstanding relationship with extensive experience in the commercial fit-out sector. The company performs two primary roles;(a) to manage the provision of design and build fit out solutions to commercial property managers nationally and (b) the supply and installation of commercial office furniture. Our services are high quality, client focussed, delivered by a small and agile management team serving a range of long term, repeat customers. We are committed to grow by delivering the highest quality solutions for our customers.
We aim to achieve the above by implementing a quality management system (QMS) that complies with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. We also commit to monitor the effectiveness of our quality system and to act with integrity to continually improve our operations and to meet the requirements of our customers, as well as our legal and regulatory and any other applicable requirements.
The scope of our QMS is “design, furniture supply and the management of fit-out solutions for commercial property”.
All personnel within the company are responsible for the quality of their work. Additae Valorem provides training and/or support and has established systems to assist all personnel to achieve the standards required. While we endeavour to consistently meet and exceed our customers’ expectations, we recognise that we may not always
achieve our own standards.
The policy, organisation and procedures necessary to achieve the requirements are described in our Business Processes and Controls Document. Quality objectives of the company are agreed annually at Management Review Meetings and reviewed for effectiveness. At these meetings, we ensure that this policy and the quality objectives remain compatible with the strategic direction and the purpose and context
of our organisation.
Our Quality Manager, Paul Downing, is responsible for monitoring the quality system and reports regularly to the Senior Management team on the system’s implementation, status and effectiveness.
